An India Pale Ale or an IPA is traditionally darker in color and tend to have a much stronger hop flavor profile.  The Rogue Brutal IPA is surprisingly light and citrusy.

The nose is sweet with citrus but nicely balanced with a hops aroma.  The taste explodes bright citrus notes.  The finish is subtly bitter from the hops.  A far more balanced IPA than the more traditional version, perfect for a hot summer day.
