We’re pretty much gifting experts around here (thank you!) and some of our most gift recommendations each holiday is either the 23andMe at home test or the AncestryDNA at home kit. It’s pretty neck and neck, but one thing is for sure – not only have their prices come down a bit since they debuted years ago, but we’re seeing an average savings ranging anywhere from 20% – 40% off, especially when it comes to this week!

On a personal level, we’ve used (and gifted) AncestryDNA a few different times over the years and always had a lot of success with it (and fun). Our opinion is that the older crows (our parents and grandparents) feel more connected to that one – maybe it’s just because of the heartfelt commercials they have!? We feel more connected on whichever has the lowest price this week! We joke. Kind of.
