Any active offers will be posted in the promo bar, over on their website. For example, they’ll run free shipping offers, opportunities for express shipping, and a select few can save 15% when joining their new rewards program, UP. It’s in the pilot stages now, and only applies to certain zip codes – but will roll out to more locations soon. Free People UP is a new membership program that gives access to the latest offers from Free People, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters. Members receive a 15% discount (yes, that also includes sale items) with each purchase, free shipping and returns, along with access to exclusive promotions and upcoming special events. Currently, UP memberships are only open to a few in certain zip codes, but will be rolled out to customers outside of their test markets soon. While it was started back in the 1970’s, it’s evolved over the years – changing their target market form juniors, to young women in their 20’s and beyond. As we mentioned above, Free People does offer coupons and promos once in a while. Any current promos will be posted right in the promo bar, directly on their site. Some examples, include free shipping offers, and definitely keep an eye out as they roll out their rewards program with an opportunity to save 15% on each purchase – including sale items. And you can always head to the sale page for consistent saving s and deep discounts.

DOES FREE PEOPLE DO BLACK FRIDAY?

They do! This past season they ran a Black Friday sale for one day only. They offered deep discounts, some up to 50% off top selling items. Markdowns were automatically applied, so no coupon codes were needed to save.

DOES FREE PEOPLE HAVE SALES?

You betcha! If you come up empty when searching for promo codes, you can always head straight to their sale link. You can even sort by New Sale items, so you can have first crack at items as they’re marked down – increasing your chances of finding your size before it runs out.

DOES FREE PEOPLE HAVE FREE RETURNS?

We had to actually do a little digging on this one. The return policy seemed a bit vague on their website, so we hopped on a chat with a rep. They told us that returns can be made at a physical store, and if we needed to ship an item back, we would not have to pay the return shipping (as we sit here today). It’s always worth it to double check if this is a deal breaker.
