We couldn’t love Carol’s Daughter any more than we do. We do have to give a quick disclaimer that we are a total basic white person. With that said, what’s great about their product line is that it’s a multi-cultural beauty brand that’s for all hair types and textures for women and men. And since we love support black-owned businesses (especially ones that were founded by a woman) this is a must-try. They company was founded in 1993 in Brooklyn, New York (out of her kitchen) and quickly became one of the fastest-growing in that space. Now, they’re owned by L’Oreal. How amazing is that!?
If you have dry hair (especially) or curly you really can’t go wrong with giving them a whirl. Their website makes it really easy to help figure out exactly what kind of product you need based on your hair type like:
