In the “Jackass Moment of the Week” Lamarr Houston of the Chicago Bears is about to have an MRI performed on his knee after he hurt himself whilst celebrating sacking the Patriots backup quaterback, Jimmy Garoppolo (who was in for Tom Brady) during todays game at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA.
Sure it’s not the worst to celebrate after sacking someone (or, like, that one time Perdro Martinez threw down elderly Don Zimmer circa 2003), but it pretty much makes you a jackass when you’re down by 25 points….there’s legit only minutes left in the game…and you do it to a rookie quarterback. I’ll classify that as bullying because, you know, it’s the buzzword of the year.
Lamarr hit the ground and was later carted off the field where he’ll be going for an MRI…and thinking about his actions. Something tells me all my friends in Boston are squealing with delight.
