I like Sriracha so much that I have it on my key chain and drink it in my beer. Surprisingly, I do not love Sriracha popcorn. I found that the popcorn itself was fresh and good but the overall flavor profile was too sweet; especially when you expect some serious heat. Looking at the ingredients it was not shocking to see sugar used twice. It is used in the Sriracha sauce that flavors the popcorn and as an ingredient for the popcorn itself.
A great idea but unfortunately a little too sweet for my taste.
