Cast of characters:
- 2 cups of whole milk ricotta cheese
- one 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1 and a half cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 box of waffle bowls
Your mission:
Using your electric mixer, blend the ricotta and cream cheese together until all is smooth and evenly distributed. Toss in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Done! Cover the dip and let it chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or longer. Break the waffle bowls up into dippable, chip-sized pieces and enjoy.
