The Best Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

By: Ross | Last Major Update: October 3, 2015

Green Goddess Dressing

Unfortunately tomato season has to come to an end every year.  As the season winds down and those tomatoes who are kissed by fall replace the most delicate tomatoes of summer, they make the perfect match for Green Goddess Dressing.  Dress the tomatoes with Goddess Dressing, garnish with fresh basil and hot peppers for a hearty fall salad.

Green Goddess Dressing

6 Canned Anchovies (I don’t use them)

7 Cloves Roasted Garlic

1 Cup Mayo

1 ¼ Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Chopped Parsely

½ Cup Basil

½ Cup Chives

½ Cup Tarragon (I substitute with Cilantro)

3 TBS Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper to Taste

While it is perfect on tomatoes, it also pairs well with a salad or as a dip for Crudités.  The Green Goddess Dressing will last for about a week in refrigerator, stored in a tightly sealed container.
